  1. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • We take pride in our work and strive to deliver outstanding results. If you are not satisfied with our mobile car detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service. We will make every effort to address your concerns and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. This may include a complimentary re-do of the service or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile car detailing appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

  3. Refunds Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • In rare cases, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events, may prevent us from providing the mobile car detailing service as scheduled. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to reschedule the service at a convenient time for you. If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable, we will provide a full refund for the service.

  4. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service:

    • If you are dissatisfied with our mobile car detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service and explain the specific concerns you have. We may request supporting evidence, such as clear photographs, to assess the issue effectively. Based on our evaluation, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or a complimentary re-do of the service.

  5. Partial Refunds:

    • If you are unsatisfied with specific aspects of our mobile car detailing service, we may offer a partial refund that corresponds to the affected portion of the service. Our decision regarding partial refunds will be based on a fair assessment of the situation.

  6. Refund Processing Time:

    • Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The actual refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  7. Prepaid Services:

    • If you have prepaid for a package or a series of mobile car detailing services and decide to cancel before availing the services, we will issue a refund for the remaining unused services. Please note that any services already rendered will not be eligible for a refund.

  8. Modification of Refund Policy:

    • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately and will be communicated to our customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
